\u00dcberall im Ort Essen sind unsere Wohngruppen und H\u00e4user verteilt: Die Wohngruppen „Arche“ und „Leuchtturm“ in der Wilhelmstra\u00dfe, die „Villa“, das „Rote Haus“, das Haus „Nachtigall“, die „Richthof-Trainingswohnungen“, das Haus „Nova“, das Haus „Schmetterling“  und das Haus „Edelwei\u00df“. Wir haben insgesamt 13 Wohngruppen in H\u00e4usern an 8 verschiedenen Standorten in Essen (Oldenburg). Hier leben unsere Bewohner in kleinen und gem\u00fctlichen, familien\u00e4hnlichen Kontexten. Die Betreuungsschwerpunkte sind auf Selbstversorgung ausgelegt, und zwar vor allem in den Bereichen der hauswirtschaftlichen Versorgung, der Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit im Rahmen der Tagesstrukturierung und der allgemein lebenspraktischen T\u00e4tigkeiten sowie in der Freizeitgestaltung. Ebenso stehen die F\u00f6rderung zur Organisation des eigenen Wohnraumes (Wohnungssuche, M\u00f6belsuche etc.) auf dem Plan.<\/p>\n

Die Bewohner sollen in den jeweiligen Wohngruppen insbesondere lernen, ihre individuellen F\u00e4higkeiten zu entdecken und neu zu nutzen, Eigenaktivit\u00e4t, Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein f\u00fcr sich und die Gruppe zu entdecken und auszubauen, Problemsituationen ohne Suchtmittel „durchzustehen“, eine realistische Selbsteinsch\u00e4tzung zu gewinnen bzw. die eigenen F\u00e4higkeiten \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen zu k\u00f6nnen. In den Wohngruppen werden Haushaltsf\u00fchrung ge\u00fcbt (Reinigung des Wohnraumes, Einkauf, Mengenbestimmung, ad\u00e4quate Lagerung von Nahrungsmitteln, angemessener Umgang mit Geld, Eigentum usw.), die Gestaltung sozialer Beziehungen (Kontaktaufnahme und Beziehungsgestaltung zu Mitbewohnern, Mitarbeitern, Menschen im Dorf, Angeh\u00f6rigen usw.), die Freizeitgestaltung (Entwicklung von Hobbies allein und gemeinsam mit anderen, Planung der Woche bez\u00fcglich m\u00f6glicher Unternehmungen innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb der Einrichtung usw.), Kommunikation (Korrespondenz mit \u00c4mtern und Beh\u00f6rden, Inanspruchnahme von Leistungsanspr\u00fcchen usw.), Hilfen im psychosozialen Bereich (Krisenbew\u00e4ltigung, R\u00fcckfall-managment, Konfliktbew\u00e4ltigung usw.) und die Anbahnung von Besch\u00e4ftigung und Arbeit gef\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n

Zudem wird der eigenst\u00e4ndige Umgang mit Geld und mit den eigenen Medikamenten ge\u00fcbt. Einkauf, Geldhaushalt, Abwasch, W\u00e4schereinigung und die anderen Dinge des allt\u00e4glichen Lebens werden trainiert. Alle Zeichen stehen auf Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit und Eigenverantwortung nach dem Motto: So viel Hilfe wie n\u00f6tig und so wenig Hilfe wie m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n
