Das Nordic Walking erinnert ein bisschen an Ski-Langlauf, nur ohne Ski und ohne Schnee, aber eben mit \u00e4hnlichen rhythmischen Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufen und \u00e4hnlicher Arm-Bein-Koordination. Wir bieten das Nordic Walking regelm\u00e4\u00dfig an.
